I have a Karcher Gas Pressure Washer that I bought in 2005. Honda engine with 2700 psi. It does a fantastic job cleaning. But lately, I’ve had some trouble. Sometimes when I pull the trigger, the high power doesn’t engage. I usually just wait it out, pulling the trigger each and every 10 or 15 seconds, and will engage after a while. Yesterday, when this happened, waiting didn’t work. So I removed the nozzle and pulled the trigger with the nozzle off for a couple of seconds, releasing some water. Then I re-installed the nozzle as well as the high power engaged the initial trigger try. I repeated that experiment a couple of much more times later, when the high pressure failed to engage, and removing/re-atttaching the nozzle corrected the dilemma each time.
